Teaching + practices
for coming back to ourselves.
I've spent much of my adult life exploring consciousness—through yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, astrology, philosophy, embodiment, and the ongoing practice of simply paying closer attention to what it means to be human.
My teaching has grown from that inquiry.
I teach yoga, Yoga Nidra, workshops, trainings and group experiences that create space to slow down, become more present, and explore the relationship between our inner experience and the way we move through the world.
I'm less interested in teaching any one practice as an end in itself. I'm most curious about what the devotion to practice makes possible: greater awareness, a deeper relationship with ourselves, and more choice in how we meet our lives.
WAYS TO PRACTICE + LEARN
yoga + movement
I teach a dynamic, empowering practice woven with breath, reflection and the insights I've gathered from years of exploring what it means to know ourselves more deeply. I want the practice to help you recognize your own strength, see yourself more clearly, and open to new ways of participating in your life and the world around you.
yoga nidra +
deep rest
I guide Yoga Nidra as an experience for exploring the terrain within.
Developing felt sense of the body, breath, thoughts, emotions, and subtler layers of awareness, we learn to witness more of our inner experience—and expand our understanding of consciousness and ourselves.
workshops + trainings
I love building experiences around an idea or inquiry and having the time to really go somewhere with it. I collaborate with studios, retreat centers, and organizations on workshops and trainings that bring together practice, conversation, and exploration—often around consciousness, Yoga Nidra, identity, and the ways we change.
My perspective
There isn't one way in.
I don't believe transformation belongs to a particular practice, tradition or methodology.
Sometimes movement creates the opening. Sometimes stillness does. Sometimes it's breath, conversation, inquiry, symbolism, community or simply being given enough space to hear ourselves more clearly.
My teaching draws from years of study across yoga philosophy, consciousness, Yoga Nidra, meditation, astrology, embodiment, and human development—but the practice is always in service of the person, not the other way around.
I'm seek the meeting place between inner work and ordinary life:
how what we discover in practice changes the way we relate, create, lead, choose, and live.

Teaching + collaboration
Let's create something meaningful.
I teach in studios and community spaces and collaborate with retreat centers, organizations, and facilitators to create workshops, trainings, retreats, and experiences around consciousness, embodiment, deep rest, and self-inquiry.
If you're imagining something that doesn't fit neatly into one of those categories, that's often where the most interesting conversations begin.
