Julien Elizabeth offers services and digital content including:

  • Astrology readings & mentorship

  • 1:1 coaching and group programs

  • Yoga classes, Yoga Nidra & embodiment practices

  • Retreats, workshops, and events

  • Digital courses and downloadable wellness content

By using the Site or purchasing any product/service, you agree to these Terms without modification and acknowledge reading them.

2. USE OF SITE & SERVICE

All information shared on the Site and through the Services—whether about wellness, personal development, astrology, or transformation—is for educational and informational purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current. You acknowledge that your use of this information is at your own risk.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION

If creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and updated information. Impersonation or unauthorized use of another's account is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. LAWFUL USE

You agree to use this Site and its Services for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You must not post or share content that infringes on others’ rights, contains harmful code, or promotes illegal behavior.

5. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone, at our sole discretion, for any reason. Acceptance of your order is confirmed only after payment is processed and a confirmation is sent.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive confirmation by email for purchases, coaching sessions, or event registrations. It is your responsibility to notify us of any discrepancies immediately.

7. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

We maintain a compassionate yet clear cancellation policy aligned with industry standards and energetic boundaries:

Digital Products:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Coaching, Courses, Workshops & Trainings:

  • Full refund available up to 7 days prior to program start.

  • 50% refund cancelled within 7 days of start.

  • No refunds 24 hours after the first session/class.

You may request a transfer or credit in certain cases by written request, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Retreats:

  • Refunds (less the non-refundable deposit) are allowed up to 60 days before the retreat.

  • Within 60 days: no refunds, unless the spot is filled.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Coaching/Yoga Sessions:

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Up to 1 cancellation and 1 reschedule are permitted per package.

8. PRODUCT & SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

We strive to accurately represent offerings, but occasionally errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders with incorrect pricing or information.

9. CLIENT SUBMISSIONS

You retain copyright to materials you submit. However, by submitting materials (e.g., testimonials, feedback, or shared work in programs), you grant us a license to display and use them for business or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not infringe on third-party rights.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site and Services—branding, program materials, course content, videos, images, and written resources—is the intellectual property of Julien Elizabeth and Fork Life Moon LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written permission. Violation may result in immediate removal from programs or legal action.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing changes posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Julien Elizabeth shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or Services. Our liability shall never exceed the amount you paid us, or $100 if no purchase was made.

The Site may contain links to external websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of these third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & WAIVER

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Julien Elizabeth. No waiver shall be deemed a continuing waiver unless made in writing.

16. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, and parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal remedies.

17. LITIGATION & LEGAL FEES

In any legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum extent allowed by law.

19. ASSIGNMENT

These Terms are not transferable by you to another party. Any unauthorized transfer is void.
